We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items within 14 days of the date you receive them.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the condition it was received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. The merchandise must be in pristine condition, unused, and include all original packaging and contents.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

14-Day Return Timeframe

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide them with details of your purchase and why you would like to return the item. Our team will then guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for sending items back to us, using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until we have received the items back to our address. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping

We advise you to obtain a receipt or proof of purchase when returning any item. Ensure that the parcel is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns.

Damaged Goods

Non-refundable items
