At Ciao Bella, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients by maintaining clear and transparent policies.
These policies ensure fairness, efficiency, and a smooth booking process for everyone.
Please take a moment to review the terms regarding appointments, deposits, cancellations, and more before proceeding with your booking.
By booking with us, you agree to these policies, designed to help us deliver the highest quality of service.
Appointment Booking and Deposit Policy
Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required immediately upon booking. Without a deposit, your booking will remain unconfirmed and may be offered to another client.
Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. We do not reserve or hold any time slots without payment.
Payment Terms
Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. Failure to pay the required deposit will result in your appointment not being scheduled.
Deposit Payment Method
Deposits can be made via bank transfer. Please ensure that your payment is processed as soon as your appointment is agreed upon.
Failure to Pay
If the deposit is not received, your appointment will not be booked, and the time slot may become available for other clients.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new booking if changes are made within the acceptable notice period outlined in our Cancellation Policy. For further details, please refer to the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice Period for Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 72 hours' notice (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and personal holidays) for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.
For example:
If your appointment is scheduled for Tuesday at 10:00 AM, you must notify us by the preceding Wednesday at 10:00 AM.
Failure to Provide Adequate Notice
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred, regardless of the reason.
Holidays & Non-Business Days
Weekends, bank holidays, and personal holidays are excluded from the 72-hour notice period. Please consider these when planning changes to your booking.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact us via WhatsApp only at 07739083007 as soon as possible. Please note, regular messages or ringing our number won't be considered.
Late Arrival and No-Show Policy
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. In such cases, the appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows disrupt our schedule and prevent us from accommodating other clients.
Rebooking After Late Arrival or No-Show
If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness or a no-show, a new deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.
Importance of Timeliness
To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that you plan for sufficient travel and preparation time. If you anticipate being late, contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee service once the 15-minute grace period has passed.
